Thank you for finding your way to my little corner of the internet.
My name is Vida and I live in the Washington DC area. I started cooking when I learned considerably more about food and the joy of cooking for loved ones. I was so lucky I had the chance to live in Iran while my mom used to cook greatest Persian food for us, and once I got married I moved to Dubai where it was a paradise of all wonderful cuisines and cultures from all around the globe, and that’s where my journey began.
My motto is “Cooking with a touch of LOVE” …. And I always believe that everything tastes better when you do it with passion and love.
I consider a cook as an artist who is playing with ingredients to create a masterpiece, so it’s fine to break the rules. If you do not try to be creative and always follow what other people tell you, you will never find the chance to express your creativity and talent.
I enjoy cooking and I put my focus to create quality videos from best recipes of Persian cuisine, as well as International cuisine. I post my videos with English subtitle in case you don’t understand Farsi.
I aim to create videos and share complete recipes of all modern and authentic Persian cuisine, I will also post my way of recipes from other cuisines on my page.
