Persian Beef Patties (Cutlet) Recipe - Kotlet
Cutlet is one of the tastiest Persian meals, that you can cook and refrigrate for days. It can be served hot or cold, both ways I guarantee that it tastes great. The only hard part may be frying which takes time, but once the heavenly smell of Cutlet spread all over your kitchen you’ll forget about everything except Cutlets. BTW I recommend to taste one hot patty right after you fried it.
